Kimsenin bulundu\u011fu konumu de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye niyeti yok.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00dclkenin temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen bir tart\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreci yerine yine siyasi polemikler \u00fczerinde devam eden bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Oysaki \u00fclke son otuz y\u0131ld\u0131r 12 Eyl\u00fcl Askeri Darbesi\u2019nin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan anti demokratik bir rejimle, bir anayasa ile y\u00f6netiliyor. \u00dclkenin temel ihtiyac\u0131 bu otoriter rejimin son bulmas\u0131 ve demokratikle\u015fmesidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">Demokratikle\u015fmenin temel ihtiyac\u0131 ise darbe hukuku \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilen 82Anayasas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcyle de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek e\u015fitlik\u00e7i, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc ve demokratik yeni bir Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">12 Eyl\u00fcl hukuku yarg\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131. Yarg\u0131 kurumunun ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak bir yarg\u0131 reformu ile sa\u011flanabilir. Yarg\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de yine yarg\u0131 kurumunun demokratikle\u015fmesiyle olanakl\u0131. \u00dclke askeri vesayet rejimi ile bu s\u00fcreci daha fazla ta\u015f\u0131yamaz. Her alanda eksiksiz bir demokratikle\u015fmeye ihtiya\u00e7 var.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">Eczac\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndemi yine sa\u011fl\u0131kta d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00fcretti\u011fi sorunlarla dolu. Pek \u00e7ok belirsizli\u011fi i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131yan bir s\u00fcreci ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130la\u00e7 Takip Sistemi ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na belirsizliklerle dolu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7. Sa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 arap sa\u00e7\u0131na d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f bir sistemi inatla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmenin \u00e7abas\u0131 i\u00e7inde. Bu acelecilik d\u00fcnyada sistemi ilk uygulayan \u00fclke olman\u0131n tela\u015f\u0131nda m\u0131 kaynaklan\u0131yor, yoksa ba\u015fka nedenleri de var m\u0131?<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Bilmiyoruz!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">S\u00fcre\u00e7 bilgi ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan yeteri kadar \u015feffaf de\u011fil <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">4 Aral\u0131k eylemi ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan talepler hala g\u00fcncelli\u011fini koruyor. \u0130la\u00e7 Fiyat Kararnamesinde yap\u0131lan son d\u00fczenlemenin eczane ekonomilerine ciddi bir faturas\u0131 oldu. Eczane ekonomileri y\u00fczde 20-25 oran\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc. Gelirler de ayn\u0131 oranda azald\u0131. Kamu Kurum iskontolar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fc s\u0131rt\u0131m\u0131zda kambur olmaya devam ediyor. Bu y\u00fckten mutlaka kurtulmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Eczaneler bu y\u00fck\u00fc daha fazla ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip de\u011fil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">Meslek Hakk\u0131 talebi g\u00fcndemimizdeki s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyor. Yeri geldi\u011finde AB m\u00fcktesebat\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edenler d\u00f6n\u00fcp Avrupa \u00fclkelerine baks\u0131nlar, eczac\u0131 meslek hakk\u0131n\u0131 uygulamayan bir tek Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fcyesi \u00fclke kald\u0131 m\u0131? <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">2010 y\u0131l\u0131 istatistikleri eczane ekonomileri aras\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n daha da derinle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Alt iki dilimdeki eczanelerin pazar paylar\u0131 h\u0131zla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu tablo alt dilimdeki eczanelerin gelir pastas\u0131ndaki pay\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steriyor.
