Metilfenidat, amfetamin benzeri bir psiko-stimuland\u0131r 1990\u2019lardan beri dikkat eksikli\u011finin e\u015flik etti\u011fi hiperaktivite ve narkopeksi\u2019de son \u00e7are semptomatik\u00a0 tedavi olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fransa ve ba\u015fka yerlerden halihaz\u0131rda rapor edilmi\u015f vakalarla. suistimal ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k potansiyeli uzun zamand\u0131r bilinmektedir.(2.3) Toulose ve Marsilya\u2019da b\u00f6lgesel farmakaovijilans ve farmakoba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k izleme merkezleri ve D\u00fcnya sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO) metilfenidat t\u00fcketimi ve suistimal ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k raporlar\u0131n\u0131 Uppsala\u2019daki \u00a0WHO veri taban\u0131na 1994 ve 2010 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kaydetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

2005 ve 2010 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda metifenidat t\u00fcketimi Avrupa\u2019da keskin \u015fekilde y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir Bu art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fin Danimarka\u2019da % 525, Hollanda\u2019da % 222, Almanya\u2019da % 216 Fransa\u2019da % 167 olmu\u015ftur.(4) Suistimal ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k raporlar\u0131nda da orant\u0131sal bir art\u0131\u015f olmu\u015f ancak vaka say\u0131s\u0131 belirtilmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
