Fazlas\u0131 zehirli olabilir ve fark\u0131na varmadan \u00f6nerilen g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmak da \u00e7ok kolay.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\u0130ngiliz Beslenme Birli\u011fi&#8217;nden Helen Bond<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca genel sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu gibi di\u011fer fakt\u00f6rleri kontrol etmenin zor oldu\u011funu da hat\u0131rlat\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat yine de ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n, vitaminlerin ancak ger\u00e7ekten gerekli oldu\u011fu ve bunun t\u0131bbi y\u00f6ntemlerle kan\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu Finlandiya \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden Doktor Jaakko Mursu ve ekibi &#8220;\u015eu anki verilere bakarak, vitaminlerin genel ve yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 me\u015fru k\u0131lacak bir sebep g\u00f6remiyoruz.&#8221; diyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Demir ve kalsiyum<\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara g\u00f6re \u00f6rne\u011fin demir haplar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm riskini %2,4 art\u0131r\u0131yor. Kullan\u0131lan demir dozu artt\u0131k\u00e7a risk de art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ara\u015ft\u0131rmada kalsiyum haplar\u0131, \u00f6l\u00fcm riskini azalt\u0131r g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc.
