Tebli\u011fin bu maddesine g&ouml;re 2007 protokol&uuml; &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131ncaya kadar 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s&ouml;zle\u015fmeler ge&ccedil;erlidir. Bu durumda 01.07. 2007 tarihinden sonra da kurum re&ccedil;eteleri eskisi gibi kar\u015f\u0131lanacakt\u0131r. Her re&ccedil;ete i&ccedil;in tek tek fatura kesme zorunlulu\u011fu yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak 2007 S.U. Tebli\u011finin yine ayn\u0131 13. maddesinde <strong>&ldquo;kurumca yay\u0131mlanan tebli\u011flerin h&uuml;k&uuml;mleri ile y&uuml;r&uuml;rl&uuml;kteki protokol h&uuml;k&uuml;mlerinin &ccedil;eli\u015fmesi halinde Tebli\u011flerde yer alan h&uuml;k&uuml;mler ge&ccedil;erlidir&rdquo;<\/strong> ibaresi yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bildi\u011finiz gibi SUT 15.06.2007 tarihinde y&uuml;r&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011fe girmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla re&ccedil;eteler kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken 2007 SUT&rsquo;a dikkat edilmesi gerekir. 2007 Tebli\u011fi ve 2006 Tebli\u011fi ile aralar\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar sitemizde yer almaktad\u0131r.
