{"id":3417,"date":"2008-07-03T12:32:24","date_gmt":"2008-07-03T09:32:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ced.org.tr\/?p=3417"},"modified":"2008-07-03T12:32:24","modified_gmt":"2008-07-03T09:32:24","slug":"eczane-hasilati-bilgi-girisi-ve-formlari-ile-ilgili-duyuru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.ced.org.tr\/?p=3417","title":{"rendered":"ECZANE HASILATI B\u0130LG\u0130 G\u0130R\u0130\u015e\u0130 VE FORMLARI \u0130LE \u0130LG\u0130L\u0130 DUYURU"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 align=\"center\"><font face=\"Arial\">&Ccedil;OK AC\u0130L!!!<br \/><\/font><\/h1>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi &uuml;zere, Maliye Bakan\u0131, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakan\u0131, &Ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G&uuml;venlik Bakan\u0131 ile T&uuml;rk Eczac\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi Merkez Heyeti aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fmeler sonucunda, 01.07.2008 tarihinden itibaren eczac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen indirim oranlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda anla\u015fmaya var\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <br \/>&ldquo;01.07.2008 tarihinden itibaren, 2007 y\u0131l\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f has\u0131lat\u0131 (KDV hari&ccedil;);<\/p>\n<p>350.000 YTL&rsquo;ye kadar&nbsp; olan eczaneler taraf\u0131ndan %1, <\/p>\n<p>350.001 YTL ile 600.000 YTL aras\u0131nda olan eczaneler taraf\u0131ndan %2, <\/p>\n<p>600.001 YTL ile 900.000 YTL aras\u0131nda olan eczaneler taraf\u0131ndan %3,<\/p>\n<p>900.000 YTL &uuml;zerinde olan eczaneler taraf\u0131ndan %4, <\/p>\n<p>eczac\u0131 \u0131skontosu uygulanacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Yeni a&ccedil;\u0131lan ve 2007 sat\u0131\u015f has\u0131lat\u0131 olmayan eczaneler i&ccedil;in en d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k indirim oran\u0131 uygulan\u0131r.&rdquo;<br \/><strong><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da belirtilen oranlar &ccedil;er&ccedil;evesinde, eczaneler taraf\u0131ndan uygulanacak \u0131skonto oran\u0131n\u0131n Kurum taraf\u0131ndan teyidi ve eczaneye yeni \u0131skonto oran\u0131n\u0131 uygulanabilmesi i&ccedil;in; Sosyal G&uuml;venlik Kurumu web sayfas\u0131na, s&ouml;zle\u015fmeli eczaneler taraf\u0131ndan 2007 y\u0131l\u0131na ait has\u0131lat bilgisi giri\u015finin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurum taraf\u0131ndan teyit i\u015fleminin yap\u0131labilmesini teminen, &uuml;yelerimizin, ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 vergi dairesinden onayl\u0131 formu (SUT Eki EK-3\/B) B&ouml;lge Eczac\u0131 Odalar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Kurum \u0130l M&uuml;d&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;ne ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong><strong><\/p>\n<p>Buna g&ouml;re t&uuml;m &uuml;yelerimizin, ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 vergi dairesinden onayl\u0131, 2007 y\u0131l\u0131na ait has\u0131lat bilgisini g&ouml;steren formlar\u0131n\u0131 (SUT eki EK-3\/B) en ivedi \u015fekilde ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 Eczac\u0131 Odas\u0131na teslim etmeleri,<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong><strong>Eczac\u0131 Odalar\u0131n\u0131n da ilgili formlar\u0131 toplayarak ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunulan Kurum \u0130l M&uuml;d&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;ne g&uuml;nl&uuml;k olarak bekletilmeden &nbsp;teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&Ccedil;OK AC\u0130L!!!
