2008 y\u0131l\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131k Uygulama Tebli\u011fi Madde 12.2’nin 3.f\u0131kras\u0131,<\/span> <\/span>22 Ekim 2008 tarihinde yay\u0131mlanan “<\/span>2008 Y\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu Sa\u011fl\u0131k Uygulama Tebli\u011finde De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Tebli\u011f” <\/span><\/strong> ile a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde düzenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3)<\/strong> Antiinflamatuar ve antiromatizmal grubu ilaçlar\u0131n solid-oral formlar\u0131nda büyük ambalaj kapsam\u0131na giren ilaçlar, ayaktan tedavide tek uzman hekim taraf\u0131ndan düzenlenen ilaç kullan\u0131m raporuna dayan\u0131larak reçete edildiklerinde, en küçük ambalajl\u0131 formlar\u0131 ise rapor aranmaks\u0131z\u0131n reçete edildiklerinde bedelleri ödenir. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan ilaçlarda da ayaktan tedavide küçük ambalaj verilmesi esas olup, ayn\u0131 dozda birden fazla formu olan <\/span>e\u015fde\u011fer <\/span><\/u>ilaçlar\u0131n 4 haftal\u0131k tedavi dozunu geçen ambalaj formlar\u0131 için sa\u011fl\u0131k raporu düzenlenmesi zorunludur. “<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tebli\u011f’de yap\u0131lan bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik sonras\u0131nda (özel düzenlemelere sahip ilaçlar haricinde) ayn\u0131 etken maddeyi ayn\u0131 dozda ta\u015f\u0131yan, fakat farkl\u0131 firmalar taraf\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 formlarda üretilen ilaçlar aras\u0131ndan en fazla 4 haftal\u0131k (28 günlük) doza sahip olanlar\u0131n verilmesi zorunlu hale getirilmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r.
