Genelgenin ekinde eczane a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda istenen belgeler aras\u0131nda Oda uygunluk belgesinin yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.Yine genelgede eczac\u0131n\u0131n vefat\u0131, hacir alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve benzeri sebeplerle eczaneye yap\u0131lacak mesul m\u00fcd\u00fcr atamalar\u0131nda vereseli eczane i\u015fletilmesine ili\u015fkin olarak eczaneye mesul m\u00fcd\u00fcr atamas\u0131nda Oda kay\u0131t belgesinin yeterli olaca\u011f\u0131 bildirilmektedir.<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">\u00a0<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\" \/> <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">Genelge Eczane ve Eczane Hizmetleri Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik&#8217;in 5. ve 6. maddesine a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi, yine 6197 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n 8. maddesine ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">\u00a0<\/font> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">Mesle\u011fin etik ve deontolojik kurallar\u0131n\u0131 korumakla sorumlu olan Eczac\u0131 Odalar\u0131m\u0131z, kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklere ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan genelge ile yok say\u0131lmak istenmektedir. \u0130darenin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc eylem ve i\u015flemlerinde kanunlara ve hukuka uygun hareket etmesi Anayasa gere\u011fi olup, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n y\u0131llard\u0131r ayn\u0131 olan mevzuat ve bu mevzuat gere\u011fi yap\u0131lan uygulamalar\u0131 bir genelge \u00e7\u0131kararak de\u011fi\u015ftirmek istemesindeki ama\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131k ve nettir. Eczac\u0131 Odalar\u0131, mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 bi\u00e7imde, devreden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmak istenmektedir.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">\u00a0<\/font> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 bu uygulamas\u0131 nedeni ile KINIYORUZ.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">\u00a0<\/font> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">Anayasal kurulu\u015flar olan Eczac\u0131 Odalar\u0131 genelgelerle yok say\u0131lamaz. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00fczenleme bir hukuk devleti olan \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hukuk prensiplerini yok sayan bir uygulama olmu\u015ftur. A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ve mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak Odalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yok sayan bu genelgeye kar\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcrk Eczac\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi&#8217;ni derhal g\u00f6reve \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Odalar\u0131m\u0131z yok say\u0131l\u0131rken ve a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a kanuna, y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 genelge \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rken, T\u00fcrk Eczac\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi&#8217;nin halen Odalara yaz\u0131 yaz\u0131p &#8220;Bize deneyimlerinizi anlat\u0131n&#8221; demesini hayretle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">\u00a0<\/font> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\">T\u00fcrk Eczac\u0131lar\u0131 Birli\u011fi, BU KONUDA DERHAL, t\u00fcm Odalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da kapsayacak bi\u00e7imde giri\u015fimleri ba\u015flatmal\u0131 ve yasal yollara ba\u015fvurmal\u0131d\u0131r.
