Peki, tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131 oldu\u011funa dair herhangi bir veri var m\u0131?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aspartam<\/strong> en tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve hakk\u0131nda en \u00e7ok aleyhte yay\u0131n yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yapay tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lardan. \u015eekere alternatif olarak aspartik asit ve fenilalanin adl\u0131 bir aminoasitten meydana gelen bir ya\u011f asididir. 1996\u2019da yay\u0131mlanan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n aspartam kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olabilece\u011fi dile getirilmi\u015fti. Bunun \u00fczerine ABD Kanser Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc 2006\u2019da yar\u0131m milyon ki\u015fiyi kapsayan geni\u015f bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapt\u0131. Fakat fenilketon\u00fcri (PKU) adl\u0131 nadir genetik bozuklu\u011fu olan insanlar, aspartam\u0131n yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden biri olan <strong>fenilalanini<\/strong> par\u00e7alayam\u0131yor. Bu y\u00fczden onlar i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenli de\u011fil. Tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar \u00fczerinde bu maddenin oldu\u011funa dair uyar\u0131 konmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni de budur.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak baz\u0131 tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yan etkisi de var. \u015eekersiz ama <strong>ksilitol<\/strong> i\u00e7eren nane \u015fekerlerinden biraz fazla yerseniz ishal olursunuz. Fakat bu di\u015f hekimlerine \u00fcmit veren bir madde ayn\u0131 zamanda. Bitkinin yapraklar\u0131ndan elde edilen stevyol glikozidleri hi\u00e7 emilmeden v\u00fccuttan at\u0131l\u0131yor. Birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ABD ve Avrupa\u2019da stevyan\u0131n katk\u0131 maddesi olarak g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine konmas\u0131na izin verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kurumu, 2010\u2019da insanlar ve hayvanlar \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan yola \u00e7\u0131karak stevyol glikozidlerinin de kansere yol a\u00e7mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar ve hamileler i\u00e7in de g\u00fcvenli oldu\u011fu sonucuna vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, kilo ald\u0131rmadan ve diyabete yol a\u00e7madan tatl\u0131 iste\u011fini gidermesi nedeniyle g\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00fcmit veren maddeler olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Fakat bug\u00fcne kadar obezite sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00f6ylenemez. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n verdi\u011fi tad\u0131n v\u00fccudu oyuna getirip daha fazla ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lamas\u0131na yol a\u00e7mas\u0131 ve uzun vadede kilo ald\u0131rmas\u0131 riskinden dolay\u0131 endi\u015feleniyor. Fakat bu \u015f\u00fcpheleri do\u011frulayacak yeterince veri bulunmuyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Glikoza kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k<\/h2>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n, yarat\u0131lan olumsuz alg\u0131y\u0131 hak etmedikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir s\u0131rada \u0130srail\u2019de yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma pek de \u00f6yle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, <strong>aspartam<\/strong>,<strong>sakarin<\/strong> ve <strong>sukraloz<\/strong> gibi yapay tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n Tip 2 diyabeti \u00f6nlemek yerine katk\u0131da bulunabilece\u011fine dair veriler bulundu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Fareler \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan deneylerde, tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 verilen farelerde glikoza kar\u015f\u0131 reaksiyon olu\u015ftu\u011fu ve bunun Tip 2 diyabetinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Buna tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsaklardaki bakteri floras\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmesinin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 san\u0131l\u0131yor. Benzer bir deney insanlar \u00fczerinde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayn\u0131 sonu\u00e7 al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n insan \u00fczerindeki uzun d\u00f6nemli etkileri konusunda kesin sonuca varmak i\u00e7in daha fazla ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>2013\u2019te sekiz Avrupa \u00fclkesinde 300 bin ki\u015fiyi kapsayan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada yapay tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131larla Tip 2 diyabet aras\u0131nda bir ba\u011fa rastlanmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlardan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak sonu\u00e7 \u015fu olabilir: \u0130yi ya da k\u00f6t\u00fc olarak nitelendirilebilecek bir tek t\u00fcr tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bulunmuyor.
